Position: Style Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and consumer needs.
Develop creative style concepts for our product lines and ensure their successful implementation.
Utilize your artistic expertise to generate innovative design ideas.
Conduct extensive research to stay up-to-date with the latest art and design techniques.
Create and present comprehensive design proposals, including visual and written documentation.
Work closely with product development teams to ensure the translated designs meet the intended functionality and aesthetics.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop market-driven product strategies.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent BIC's creative vision.
Continuously develop and refine your artistic abilities to elevate BIC's product offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating innovative art and design concepts.
Strong knowledge of the latest design software and equipment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Passionate about consumer trends and design aesthetics.
