Position: Senior Project Development Manager

Job Overview:

Lead and manage complex real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Identify potential opportunities and evaluate their feasibility in line with corporate objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, architects, and local authorities.
Oversee budget and schedule compliance, ensuring projects are completed within established parameters.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, resolving issues and ensuring effective communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of project management experience within the construction or real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value projects on time and within budget.
Extensive knowledge of construction and development processes, including permits, codes, and regulations.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
