Airborne Operations Specialist

About the Role:

As an Airborne Operations Specialist at KCA University, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless global operations within the aviation industry. You will work alongside industry leaders, leveraging your expertise to ensure smooth coordination and execution of flight operations across borders.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage international flight operations
Liaise with airlines, aviation authorities, and ground service providers globally
Ensure compliance with international aviation regulations
Monitor and analyze air traffic data to optimize flight routes
Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance operational efficiency
Provide support and guidance to flight crew and ground staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations
Thorough knowledge of international aviation regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel internationally
