Position: Leisure Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Leisure Experience Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create unique and unforgettable experiences for our clients, enhancing their enjoyment of leisure activities in Illinois and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative leisure experience programs tailored to individual client preferences and interests
Collaborate with local tourism partners to create exclusive packages and itineraries
Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and transportation services to ensure seamless experiences for clients
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire client journey
Monitor client feedback and constantly seek ways to improve the leisure experience offerings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging tourist destinations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the tourism, hospitality, or event planning industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Passion for creating unforgettable leisure experiences
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
