Position: Legal Medical Review Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of medical cases presented in court hearings
Analyze complex medical records and legal documentation
Evaluate the legality and accuracy of medical expert witness testimonies
Provide reliable and unbiased medical opinions to assist the court in decision-making
Collaborate closely with legal professionals to ensure all medical aspects are properly addressed

Requirements:

Advanced degree in medicine, preferably in a specialized area
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations
Experience working within the legal system or familiarity with court proceedings
Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess medical evidence
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
