OKC Construction Group is a leading construction company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Multi-Location Expansion Specialist. This unique role will play a crucial part in driving our growth and expanding our presence across multiple locations.

Role Overview:

Identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities for our construction business
Research and analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities
Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and establish franchise/chain partnerships
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth expansion processes and successful franchising
Provide guidance and support to franchisees, including training and operational assistance
Regularly monitor and assess performance of existing franchise locations

Requirements:

Prior experience in franchise/chain operations, business development, or market expansion
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and identify market opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships
Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel extensively for market research, meetings, and other expansion-related activities
