Position: Tourism Development Coordinator

As the Tourism Development Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of creating unique experiences, fostering local engagement, and highlighting North Carolina's exceptional destinations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative tourism initiatives showcasing North Carolina's rich cultural and natural heritage
Collaborate with local businesses, community organizations, and government agencies to develop sustainable tourism practices
Create and manage partnerships that amplify the positive impact of responsible tourism
Design and oversee educational programs promoting environmental awareness and conservation
Promote North Carolina as a premier vacation destination through targeted marketing campaigns
Support local entrepreneurs in the tourism industry by providing resources and guidance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Passion for sustainable tourism and the desire to make a positive impact
Proven track record in project management and coordination
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
