Job Opening:

We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our employees' skills and knowledge, ultimately driving the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs to address specific skill gaps and development needs within the company.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
Develop instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and online learning modules.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to ensure maximum impact.
Maintain training records and monitor employee progress and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Proficient in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
