Role Description

As a Leisure Experience Developer, your main responsibility will be to curate and enhance leisure activities and experiences within North Carolina. By leveraging the state's natural beauty, cultural attractions, and sports facilities, you will create exciting opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

Your Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leisure activities and entertainment concepts that align with North Carolina's unique assets
Collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and municipalities to develop partnerships that enhance leisure offerings
Create comprehensive strategies to attract and engage target audiences in diverse leisure experiences
Design and facilitate sports tournaments, live performances, themed events, and other engaging activities
Seek out and incorporate emerging trends and technologies to ensure cutting-edge leisure experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing leisure or entertainment programs or events
Strong knowledge of North Carolina's sports, culture, and entertainment landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work within a dynamic team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
