Position: Supply Chain Innovator

Location: Castile-La Mancha, Spain

Job Description:

Utilize your expertise in supply chain management and optimization to drive efficiency and innovation within our operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction in the end-to-end supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our logistics processes.
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
Analyze data to develop key performance indicators and metrics, enabling effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in utilizing supply chain software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
