Position Available: Multicultural Program Coordinator

Job Description:

Coordinate and execute multicultural programs aimed at fostering cross-cultural understanding and integration.
Develop partnerships with community organizations to create a diverse range of events and activities.
Create and implement strategies to attract individuals from different cultures and backgrounds to our educational programs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of cultural exchange programs.
Conduct research on multicultural education practices and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Provide guidance and support to students from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring their smooth integration into the education system.
Organize and participate in cultural fairs, workshops, and other events to showcase and celebrate diversity.

Requirements:

Proven experience in coordinating multicultural programs or events.
Strong knowledge of different cultures and their traditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
Flexible mindset and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
A degree in a relevant field such as Intercultural Studies, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Fluency in English and German is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
