Job Position: Business Development Associate
The Sardinian Youth Empowerment Foundation is a dynamic organization located in the beautiful Sardinia region of Italy. We are dedicated to empowering youth and fostering their entrepreneurial spirit. We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential partnerships within Sardinia to expand our organization's reach
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, educational institutions, and community leaders
- Create innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and attract funding opportunities
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
- Support the development of business plans and proposals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for youth empowerment and community engagement
- Proficiency in English and Italian
