Position: Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our customers' journey and create exceptional experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

Requirements:
