Job Description:

Develop and deliver innovative technical training programs for our employees, focusing on the latest advancements in our industry.
Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and hands-on activities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning solutions accordingly.
Deliver training sessions to both small and large groups, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and educational technologies, incorporating them into training methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees, answering their questions and assisting with problem-solving.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
Constantly seek opportunities for improvement and optimization, striving for excellence in learning and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, etc.).
Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
In-depth knowledge of the Construction or Mining industry, including equipment, processes, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to effectively transfer knowledge and engage learners through various training methodologies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed.
Passion for learning and development, with a focus on continuous improvement.
