Job Title: Wellness Coach

Position Overview:

Medina, an esteemed organization based in Campania, Italy, is inviting talented individuals to join our team as Wellness Coaches. We are passionate about promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and as a Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop personalized wellness plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
Conduct fitness assessments, including body composition, strength, and endurance tests
Provide guidance and motivation to clients during personal training sessions
Lead group exercise classes, ensuring participants' safety and well-being
Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their wellness plans
Educate clients about proper nutrition, exercise techniques, and injury prevention

Requirements:

Passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle
Certification in personal training or wellness coaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop rapport and establish trust with clients
Experience in conducting fitness assessments and designing exercise programs
Knowledge of nutrition and willingness to stay up-to-date with fitness industry trends
Fluency in Italian and English
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
