We are hiring:

Position: Tech Solutions Architect

Job Description:

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and identify technology solutions to support them.
Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures that align with business objectives.
Lead technology initiatives, define best practices, and drive innovation within the company.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks for development projects.
Ensure quality and reliability of software solutions through thorough testing and code reviews.
Maintain documentation of software designs, implementation plans, and project timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a software developer or solutions architect.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Familiarity with databases and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
