Position: Cultural Research Analyst

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Cultural Research Analyst. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a rich and inclusive experience for our audience members through comprehensive cultural research.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on various cultures and their theatrical traditions
Analyze cultural influences on performing arts and recommend innovative strategies
Collaborate with the artistic team to develop culturally diverse programming
Monitor industry trends and provide insights on emerging cultural shifts
Assist in designing surveys and collecting data to support decision-making processes
Produce reports and presentations to communicate research findings effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cultural Studies, Anthropology, Theatre Arts)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Passion for multicultural perspectives in the performing arts
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
