Position: Learning Solutions Specialist

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Learning Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop focused learning interventions.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led sessions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
Optimize learning management systems to provide a seamless learning experience.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience designing and delivering effective learning and development programs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities with superb attention to detail.
