Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with athletes and individuals to optimize their physical performance and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify clients' physical abilities, strengths, and limitations
Design customized training programs tailored to individual needs and goals
Implement scientifically-based training methods and techniques
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during training sessions
Monitor progress, adjust programs, and track performance metrics
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist or equivalent
Proven experience working with athletes or individuals in a performance enhancement capacity
Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
