Position: Technology Solutions Architect

Identify, understand, and document the business requirements related to software and technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and innovative IT solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies, staying abreast of industry trends, and make recommendations for adoption.
Lead the architecture design and development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to the organizational knowledge base.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, system design, and architecture.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is highly desirable.
