As an Innovation & Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our IT transformation, contributing to the digitalization of our services and optimizing our technological infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where technology can enhance our business operations and services
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for their implementation
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our IT systems and processes
Design and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency, security, and user experience
Lead the development and deployment of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams, resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or IT project management
Proficient in one or more programming languages and frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects
