Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Hospitality Solutions System Engineer to support our clients in the restaurant and hotel industry. As part of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced technology solutions that meet our clients' specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on technological solutions.
Design and implement advanced hospitality solutions, including POS systems, guest management systems, and reservation systems.
Develop customized software solutions to meet individual client requirements.
Conduct system integration and testing to ensure seamless operation.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall functionality and usability of our hospitality solutions.
Deliver training and workshops to clients to optimize their usage of the systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in system engineering or a similar role.
Proven track record in designing and implementing advanced hospitality solutions.
Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of networking and server administration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
