About the Role: Financial Strategy Consultant

As a Financial Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's financial growth and stability. You will apply your financial expertise to develop innovative strategies and solutions that will help drive the success of our arts programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the financial performance of the arts council and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial strategies that optimize funding allocation and revenue generation.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
Collaborate with the executive team to create annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Identify potential funding opportunities and assist in grant applications and reporting.
Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Business Management, or Accounting.
Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and budgeting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
