Position: Construction Financing Specialist

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate construction and real estate investment projects for financial viability, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, architects, and other relevant parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate financing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each construction project.
Conduct financial due diligence and credit assessments to ensure proper risk management.
Monitor ongoing projects, assessing progress, and providing guidance to ensure successful completion.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for financing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in analyzing and financing construction or real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
