The Pays de la Loire Regional Educational Foundation is a leading organization in France dedicated to fostering educational excellence in the region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination of transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Manage inventory levels and implement efficient inventory control procedures
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and optimize procurement processes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and manage logistics costs to achieve financial targets
Implement strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in supply chain management or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for supply chain management
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of regional transportation regulations and industry best practices
