Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial opportunities and implement innovative solutions within the organization.
Conduct financial analysis, assess risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring financial targets.
Provide expert financial advice and guidance to support decision-making processes.
Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial feasibility.
Monitor financial markets and trends to anticipate potential impacts on the company's financial position.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and financial best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet software.
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are an asset.
