Position: Wellness and Recreation Manager

Job Description:

Create and implement innovative wellness programs to promote fitness and enhance the overall guest experience at Château de Chambord.
Manage a team of fitness instructors, ensuring they deliver exceptional workouts and classes.
Oversee the operation of our state-of-the-art fitness center, maintaining equipment and facilities to the highest standards.
Develop customized fitness plans and provide coaching and support to guests.
Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and outdoor activities within the breathtaking Chambord grounds.
Collaborate with local fitness and wellness organizations to bring unique offerings to our guests.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and integrate them into our programs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and secure environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Recreation Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing fitness or wellness programs.
Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to inspire and motivate individuals of all fitness levels.
Proficiency in multiple sports or fitness disciplines is an advantage.
Fluency in French and English is required.
