Position: Outdoor Experience Specialist
Job Description
As an Outdoor Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for curating and developing immersive outdoor programs and experiences across Montana. You will collaborate with state parks, conservation areas, and local communities to create unique, educational, and unforgettable outdoor adventures for residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative outdoor programs and experiences
- Collaborate with local businesses and communities to enhance outdoor offerings
- Promote environmental awareness and sustainable outdoor practices
- Develop and maintain outdoor recreational resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Outdoor Recreation, or related field
- Experience in developing outdoor programs or educational experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outdoor conservation and environmental initiatives
