Position: Environmental Health Specialist

Responsibilities:

Conduct investigations and assessments to identify and mitigate health hazards in the community
Develop and implement environmental health policies and regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness and educate the public on environmental health issues
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other departments on matters related to environmental health
Respond to public health emergencies and ensure proper protocols are followed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Environmental Sciences, or Biology
Proven experience in conducting environmental health assessments and inspections
Strong knowledge of local and national environmental health regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
