Join Our Team as a Nordic Experience Specialist:

Are you an adventurous spirit with a deep appreciation for nature? Do you have a knack for making others' dreams come true? We are currently seeking a Nordic Experience Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional travel experiences that immerse our customers in the wonders of the Nordic wilderness.

Your Role:

Create customized travel itineraries that cater to our customers' interests and preferences
Plan and coordinate all aspects of our customers' Nordic journeys, including accommodation, transportation, and activities
Offer expert advice on the best tourist attractions, hidden gems, and local traditions
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel experience
Collaborate closely with our team of experienced guides to ensure seamless execution of travel plans
Continuously stay updated on new destinations and tourist offerings in the Nordic region

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge and passion for the Nordic region, its culture, and its natural wonders
Proven experience in travel planning or related customer service roles
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances
