We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Innovations Team in a role closely related to Social Media/Network Technology, known as a Digital Engagement Specialist.

About the Role:

As a Digital Engagement Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to shape an emerging field at the intersection of technology, social responsibility, and environmental conservation. You will be responsible for driving engagement and delivering impactful content to our online community through our various digital platforms. Your work will be crucial in building and nurturing relationships with our customers while promoting our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage compelling digital content across multiple platforms to engage and inspire our online community.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our company's values and environmental goals.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and best practices to optimize content performance and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify content opportunities and develop campaigns that champion our social responsibility initiatives.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Eurocereal remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles, showcasing a track record of successful content creation and engagement.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience segmentation, and content optimization techniques.
Passionate about social responsibility, sustainability, and raising awareness about environmental issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work independently, adapt to fast-paced environments, and meet deadlines.
