Position: Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical operations
  • Collaborate with our legal team to identify and interpret laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting our industry
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to monitor and maintain adherence to legal obligations
  • Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and regulatory compliance matters
  • Proactively address potential compliance issues and develop solutions
  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance improvement
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role
  • Strong knowledge of local and national legal and regulatory frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional research and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
