Position: Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical operations
Collaborate with our legal team to identify and interpret laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting our industry
Develop and implement compliance programs to monitor and maintain adherence to legal obligations
Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement
Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and regulatory compliance matters
Proactively address potential compliance issues and develop solutions
Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance improvement
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies as required

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role
Strong knowledge of local and national legal and regulatory frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Exceptional research and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
