Job Title: Travel Experience Specialist

About the Position

As a Travel Experience Specialist at Fribourg Legal Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client experience throughout their travel journey. Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating personalized itineraries and travel packages for clients
Providing expert advice on travel destinations, popular attractions, and activities
Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiating competitive deals
Assisting clients with any travel-related issues or emergencies
Stay updated on industry trends and effectively communicate them to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

A passion for travel and a deep understanding of the tourism industry
Excellent communication and sales skills to provide exceptional customer service
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, French, and German
Prior experience in customer service or travel-related roles is preferred
