Franchise Growth Manager.

Your Role:

Develop strategies and plans to expand our franchise network
Identify potential franchisees through prospecting, networking, and market research
Evaluate franchise applications and conduct due diligence
Support and train new franchise partners, ensuring compliance with our brand standards and customer service expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful opening and ongoing operations of franchise locations
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize our franchise model

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
Proven track record in successfully growing a franchise or chain of stores
Strong understanding of the franchise business model and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel for meetings or site visits
Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline (preferred)
