Job Opening: Head of Spectacle Production

Collaborating with external partners and suppliers to execute the vision of each spectacle
Ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met through rigorous planning and execution
Managing budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines

Requirements

Proven experience in producing large-scale sports/entertainment events
In-depth understanding of the creative process and the ability to translate ideas into reality
Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders
Fluency in English and Spanish
