Position: Cultural Experience Coordinator
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cultural Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and organizing immersive cultural experiences for visitors, showcasing the distinct beauty and traditions of Sicily.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging cultural programs and activities for tourists.
- Coordinate with local artists, performers, and artisans to curate authentic experiences.
- Design itineraries that showcase the hidden gems and landmarks of Sicily.
- Partner with local businesses to create exclusive offers for visitors.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Stay up-to-date with regional events, festivals, and exhibitions to enhance the cultural offerings.
Requirements:
- Passionate about promoting cultural heritage and tourism.
- Previous experience in event coordination or cultural tourism is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
