Position: Cultural Experience Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cultural Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and organizing immersive cultural experiences for visitors, showcasing the distinct beauty and traditions of Sicily.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging cultural programs and activities for tourists.
Coordinate with local artists, performers, and artisans to curate authentic experiences.
Design itineraries that showcase the hidden gems and landmarks of Sicily.
Partner with local businesses to create exclusive offers for visitors.
Manage reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Stay up-to-date with regional events, festivals, and exhibitions to enhance the cultural offerings.

Requirements:

Passionate about promoting cultural heritage and tourism.
Previous experience in event coordination or cultural tourism is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Italian. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
