About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Strategic Retail Manager who will be responsible for driving retail growth and developing innovative strategies to enhance our sales performance. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our retail and sales strategies, as well as managing partnerships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify market trends and develop strategies to optimize business performance.
Create and implement innovative retail strategies to increase sales and profit margins.
Manage a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a strategic role.
