Position: Flight Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Oversee flight crew scheduling, training, and performance.
Develop and implement operational procedures, protocols, and manuals.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize flight operations and efficiency.
Analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvements to enhance performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in aviation operations, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
