Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team of expert chefs to develop innovative and exquisite menus specifically designed for inflight dining.
Create and refine recipes that incorporate a variety of ingredients, catering to both national and international culinary preferences.
Ensure that all inflight meals are prepared with the highest quality standards and meet the strictest safety regulations.
Implement efficient processes for food preparation and packaging, optimizing both taste and presentation.
Provide technical guidance and training to the onboard flight crew regarding presentation, handling, and serving of gourmet dishes.
Conduct regular quality control checks on inflight meals to maintain consistency and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in aviation catering, incorporating new techniques and ideas into our culinary offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on culinary arts, food service, or related fields.
Extensive knowledge of diverse ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques to curate exceptional inflight meal options.
Ability to create recipes that can be adapted for airborne cooking without compromising on taste or quality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet strict deadlines and accommodate varying flight schedules.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with the team and provide clear instructions to the flight crew.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to different inflight conditions.
