As a Digital Impact Coordinator, you will play a vital role in leveraging technology to drive positive change and make a lasting social impact. You will work closely with our Marketing and Communication departments, where your expertise will contribute to our social media strategy, online community engagement, and technology-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to optimize our online presence
Create and curate compelling content that adheres to our social responsibility ethos
Manage various social media platforms to build and engage with our online community
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital initiatives to drive sustainable and socially impactful outcomes
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, preparing actionable insights and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in digital marketing or online community management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on society
Passionate about sustainability, social responsibility, and making a positive difference
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and work collaboratively
