Responsibilities

Design and develop unique and engaging vacation itineraries that align with our customers' preferences
Collaborate with local tourism partners to curate remarkable guided tours, outdoor activities, and entertainment options
Create comprehensive travel packages, including accommodations, transportation, and dining arrangements
Stay updated on the latest tourism trends and leverage this knowledge to provide innovative offerings
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing travelers' inquiries and concerns

Requirements

Prior experience in the tourism industry with a track record of success
Deep knowledge of South Dakota's tourism attractions and an understanding of travelers' preferences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with tourism partners and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Creativity and a keen eye for detail to curate exceptional vacation packages
