Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Hospitality Experience Curator to join our team. As a Hospitality Experience Curator, you will be responsible for:

Creating and designing unique, personalized itineraries for visitors based on their preferences, ensuring an exceptional experience and maximizing their satisfaction.
Collaborating with local businesses, tourist attractions, and service providers to curate exclusive packages and enhance the overall visitor experience.
Guiding and assisting visitors throughout their stay, offering valuable insights, recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Staying up to date with the latest cultural, historical, and gastronomical offerings in the region to provide accurate and engaging information to visitors.
Acting as a liaison between visitors and local communities, fostering positive relationships and promoting cross-cultural exchange.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A deep passion for the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, its culture, history, and tourism industry.
Solid knowledge of the local attractions, restaurants, wineries, and other points of interest.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple itineraries and visitor requests simultaneously.
Fluency in English, Italian, and preferably another foreign language to effectively communicate with international visitors.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
