Job Title: Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and minimize wastage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, discrepancies, and maintenance logs
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance guidelines
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity
Train and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong knowledge of production management techniques and quality control methodologies
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach
Proficient in using production management software and MS Office
Fluency in Swedish and English is required
