About the Role

As an Innovative Nature Guide, you will be responsible for leading guided walks and interactive educational programs for visitors. Your role will involve creating and implementing innovative ways to engage and captivate our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience at our botanical garden.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver captivating guided tours of the botanical garden
Create interactive and educational experiences that showcase the wonders of the alpine flora and fauna
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies or techniques to enhance visitor engagement
Collaborate with the education team to design and implement programs for students and groups
Ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors during tours and activities
Maintain a deep knowledge of the Aosta Valley region's unique ecology and conservation efforts

Requirements:

A passion for nature, botany, and environmental conservation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in leading guided tours or educational programs
An innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
Fluency in both Italian and English (additional languages would be an advantage)
