We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Activities Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of outdoor recreational activities for individuals and groups.
Create engaging and dynamic programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
Ensure the safety of all participants during activities, implementing necessary risk management procedures.
Collaborate with local community organizations and schools to develop partnerships for sports and entertainment events.
Monitor and evaluate programs to measure their effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Facilitate communication and provide support to participants, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating outdoor recreational activities.
Proficiency in planning and managing events.
Strong knowledge and understanding of various sports and entertainment activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants of all ages.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.
