Job Opportunity: Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee patient care activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to optimize patient care
Manage patient appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up
Effectively communicate with patients and their families, providing information and support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordinating or administrative role
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic health records systems
Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
