Position: Hospitality Engagement Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the overall customer experience within our company. Although not directly in the Tourism/Vacation industry, this position draws upon the same principles to ensure exceptional service to our customers. Our focus on creating a positive and enjoyable environment sets us apart from other utility providers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and prospects to establish strong relationships and provide exceptional service
Utilize in-depth knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and recreational activities to assist customers with personalized recommendations
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring complete satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend innovative solutions
Participate in community events and initiatives to promote our company's mission and enhance customer engagement
Maintain thorough records of interactions and customer feedback, utilizing this information to identify trends and areas for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights with the team to provide enhanced customer support

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work effectively under pressure
Passionate about enhancing the customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate various software applications
Knowledge of the local community and tourist attractions is a strong asset
