Position: Performance Project Manager

As the Performance Project Manager at Bamburi Cement, you will play a key role in driving our company's innovative projects related to enhancing operational efficiency and excellence. You will lead and coordinate performance improvement initiatives, combining your expertise in project management and your passion for continuous improvement to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance improvement strategies
Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency
Identify process bottlenecks and streamline operations
Evaluate performance data and develop KPIs for monitoring
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement best practices
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
Provide training and guidance to team members
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
