Job Opening: Safety Solutions Specialist

We are currently seeking a Safety Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Safety Solutions Specialist, you will utilize your expertise in risk management and operational security to develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans
Create and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
Manage and oversee security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarm systems
Provide training and guidance to employees regarding security procedures and protocols
Work closely with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills
Stay up to date with the latest security technologies, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements:

Prior experience in a security-related role with a focus on risk management
Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) are preferred
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus
