Regional Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the Campania region
- Identify potential franchise opportunities and establish partnerships
- Manage and support existing franchisees, ensuring compliance and high-quality standards
- Analyze market trends and competition to drive business growth
- Provide guidance and training to franchisees on operational processes and policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, preferably within the franchise industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluency in both English and Italian, both written and spoken
